Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT The dog trainer will charge the client a fee, as quoted on the form in this dog training services contract, and this fee is due no later than the day of the first session. Delay or failure to pay by the client for fees in dog training services constitutes a breach of this agreement. If the fees are not paid in full, the dog trainer has the right to terminate the agreement with the client, and there will be no further obligations to the client. All payments can be made by Credit Card, Venmo, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cash. CANCELLATIONS Either party can terminate this agreement by giving written notifications to the other party not less than 24 (twenty four) hours regarding termination or cancellation. This notification can be done via email or sms or chat. If no notice of termination or cancellation from the client within 24 hours is given to the dog trainer then the dog trainer has the right to charge the client for the full payment agreed. Any false or misleading information on the dog on the dog training service registration form can be considered a violation of the provisions of this agreement and can be used as a reference or guideline for the immediate termination of this contract. If a client’s dog becomes dangerous, the dog trainer has the right to terminate this agreement. Termination of this agreement will not entitle the client to a refund or relief of payment of the balance due.
