Cancellation Policy

1. One Free Consultation Per Household – This offer is limited to one free call per dog owner. Additional consultations may be available at our standard rates. 2. Honest & Respectful Communication – We expect all participants to be honest about their dog’s history, behavior, and training needs. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our trainers will not be tolerated. 3. No Guarantee of Service – While we strive to help every dog owner, we reserve the right to deny services to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about safety, unrealistic expectations, or misalignment with our training philosophy. 4. Not a Full Training Session – This consultation is an informational call to assess your needs and recommend a training plan. It is not a full training session. 5. Cancellations & No-Shows – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future consultations. 6. Time Zone Awareness – All consultations are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please double-check your time zone when booking to ensure you join the call at the correct time.
